In the cementing operation of oil field, the sealing of shallow gas has always been a big problem. On last October 15, the reporter learned from the chemical business unit of ZORANOC oilfield (hereinafter referred to as the oil and chemical business department) that its independently developed ZOC-Resin cement slurry system had good field application effect in shallow gas cementing operations of several wells in Bohai oilfield, and found effective methods for coping with worldwide cementing problems.
In the process of oilfield development, shallow gas refers to all kinds of natural gas resources with shallow burial depth and small reserves, which have great "killing power" to the cementing operation of oilfield.
Due to the compressibility of shallow gas and the small diameter of gas molecules, if the sealing is not good, the gas will leak. Once it is out of control, for offshore drilling, it will lead to the accidents of sea bottom gas rising and platform overturning, and blowout and platform burning. Therefore, in the surface cementing operation, whether the shallow gas can be effectively sealed is very important for the safety production of the oil field. At present, there are few complete cement slurry systems in the world that can completely solve this problem.
For this reason, the scientific research team of the oil and chemical business department has been fully communicating with Party A according to the field operation, and has been continuously trying to develop new technologies and systems that can effectively deal with this problem through experiments and field operation. After carefully analyzing the defects of the traditional cement slurry system in shallow gas cementing operation, the R & D team started with strengthening the toughness of the cement slurry system and developed a ZOC-Resin cement slurry system with low density, high toughness and high early strength.
Later, Tanggu cementing Business Department of oil and chemical business unit used the new cement slurry system in the operation of 5 wells in Bohai oilfield, and successfully sealed the shallow gas, the field application effect is ideal, and the cementing quality of several wells is all excellent. In the process of field operation, the cement slurry of this system has the characteristics of stable performance, strong pumpability and excellent overall performance, and its corrosion resistance is more conducive to the whole life management of oil wells.
