Bai8ku2 well is a key well in Dagang Oilfield.There are many difficulties in this well, such as complex cementing construction technology, high working pressure for a long time, complex formation conditions in the old block and so on. Combined with the previous construction experience of gas storage wells in Dagang Oilfield, the company's technical experts intervened in advance, and refined the well preparation measures by adopting the technology of "three supporting wells", open hole section flushing, large displacement well flushing and sand carrying to ensure the best cementing construction conditions. By using all kinds of data mastered, the table top deduction is carried out for key construction links such as cement paste batch mixed annotation, liner hanger seat sealing and release, liner back connection, etc. with the owner and collaborators, and the construction measures and emergency plans are gradually improved.
According to the characteristics of high injection production alternation stress and high requirements for mechanical properties of cement stone in the later stage of this well, the company also developed a high-strength channeling prevention and toughness cement slurry system and supporting pre fluid system jointly with the Engineering Technology Research Institute of the group company to balance the bottom hole pressure and meet the field construction requirements.
