Shunbei well is a pre exploration well deployed by ZORANOC. The second spud in well is 5495m deep, with Ф 250.88mm + Ф 244.5mm casing. It is constructed by two-stage cementing process. Shunbei block is mostly ultra deep well, which has many difficulties in cementing construction, such as easy to leak, easy to kick, high well temperature and serious after effect.
It is reported that this well is the one with the most serious loss in Shunbei work area, with large annulus volume, low density of drilling fluid, especially serious loss in the process of drilling. The accumulated loss of drilling fluid is 5302m², so it is very difficult to establish circulation before cementing.
