2. Brief introduction to the current situation of Jiugan pipeline
Jiuchangzhang product oil pipeline has a total length of 226km, a designed output of 3.3 million tons/year, a designed pressure of 10.0MPa, and a pipe diameter of Ф355.6 and Ф323.9.

3. Introduction of drag reducer
The drag reducer used in this field test is ZORANOC (ZODR-E400H) drag reducer provided by Qingdao Zoranoc Oilfeild Chemical Co.,Ltd.(the following called “Zoranoc”).
Zoranoc has been committed to the research and development of drag reducing agent and the field test of adding drag reducing agent for many years. ZODR series drag reducing agent is stable and reliable drag reducing agent which are independently developed and produced by Zoranoc. According to different customers and different areas and conditions of use, Zoranoc can develop and produce drag reducing agent with different needs. Its characteristics are good economy, high performance and stability, good fluidity, strong cold resistance, high temperature exposure, high flash point and other advantages. At present, ZODR series drag reducing agent is equivalent to that produced by Baker Hughes in the United States, which is at the advanced level in the world. And Zoranoc has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, Sinopec Q/SHS0001.1-2001 and PetroChina SY/T6276-2014 and other quality, environment, occupational health and safety management certifications.
ZODR series drag reducing agents have been widely used in domestic crude oil and refined oil pipelines of Sinopec, Petro China, CNOOC, Yanchang Petroleum, and have been applied to oil pipelines in Russia, Canada, Iran, the United Kingdom and other countries, and have received widespread praise.
The pipeline Science Research Institute of Sinopec Pipeline Transportation and Storage Company and Zoranoc cooperated with Baker drag reducer in Duyun, Anshun, Qinglong and Panxian four stations on Maokun line (petroleum oil pipeline) of Sinopec South China sales company, and achieved the level of imported drag reducer. Dingbian oil transportation station of Yanchang oil pipeline transportation company, located in Dingjing line (crude oil pipeline), has made a comparative test with other brands of drag reducers and achieved good results. At present, ZODR series drag reducers are used in all Yanchang oil pipelines. Drag reducers produced in cooperation with CNPC are widely used in the oil pipelines of CNPC. ZODR drag reducer is also widely used in CNOOC offshore oil pipeline.
In this test, we used ZODR-E400H drag reducer independently developed by Zoranoc.
