4. Latex system
Brief introduction
(1) It is mainly composed of latex, stabilizer and other additives.
(2) Rubber particle diameter 200-500μm. It is evenly dispersed in the viscous colloid.
(3) The system mainly depends on latex particles to fill the gap between cement particles to reduce the water loss, and has good anti gas channeling effect when the dosage is large.
Formula:
Oil well cement: grade G
Latex: ZOC-GR5, ZOC-GR6, dosage 4-15%;
Stabilizer: ZOC-J50S, dosage 0.3-1.0%
Dispersant: ZOC-F44L, dosage 0.3-2.0%
Defoamer: ZOC-X66L, dosage 0.05-0.3%
According to the performance requirements of cement slurry, optional materials can be added to cement slurry
Retarder: ZOC-H21L, ZOC-H42L, ZOC-H50L
Accelerator: ZOC-A90L, ZOC-DA93L
Expansion agent: ZOC-B10, ZOC-B20, etc
Characteristic:
(1) Good anti gas channeling performance.
(2) Good fluidity and water loss control performance.
(3) It can effectively reduce the permeability of cement stone and improve the corrosion resistance of formation water.
(4) Reduce the volume shrinkage of cement sheath and improve the cementation between cement sheath, casing and formation.
(5) Improve the tensile strength of cement stone, make it have good elasticity, reduce the fracture degree of cement stone during perforation.
(6) It is suitable for cementing gas wells, adjustment wells and high temperature and high pressure wells.

Key points of system use and maintenance
(1) Service temperature: room temperature - 150 ℃
(2) The performance is not very stable, so it should be adjusted through repeated experiments to ensure the construction safety.
(3) Ordinary defoamer is not suitable, special latex defoamer should be used.
(4) Due to poor salt resistance, the invasion of salt may destroy the dispersion stability of colloidal particles and weaken the water loss control performance, so it is impossible to prepare slurry with brine and prevent the invasion of brine.
(5) When two kinds of cement pastes are used on site, the compatibility with other cement pastes should be paid attention to, and those with poor compatibility are not applicable.
