Last September 4, the ZOC180-09 well project constructed by the second cementing company of ZORANOC was of high quality. This is the company's 24th high-quality well since the application of independently developed ZOC-HDS pre fluid system.

In the past, the prepositional liquid used by this company was purchased products, with large consumption and relatively high external dependence. ZORANOC has set up a doctoral leading scientific research team, which has lasted two years. After thousands of experiments, it has developed flushing fluid ZOC-Q812L, suspension stabilizer ZOC-S612S and weighting agent ZOC-W713S for well cementation, forming a high-efficiency isolation fluid system of ZOC-HDS with independent intellectual property rights. Its comprehensive index and overall stability are better than that of external products. It is understood that ZORANOC used the system in the gas reservoir construction in southern Jiangsu Province, saving nearly RMB10000 per well year-on-year, and expected to achieve an annual efficiency of RMB500000.
