This kind of fluid loss additive (ZOD-511L) has the following advantages compared with the domestic existing fluid loss additive.
1. The temperature and salt resistance is better than the existing oilfield products
The water loss of the product is less than 70 ml when the product is mixed with 1% of 18% salt water at 150 ℃. In order to achieve the same effect of fluid loss reduction, the existing water-soluble fluid loss additive is 6% (converted into solid at least 1.5%).
2. It has good compatibility with various density cement and its admixtures
It has good compatibility with special cement with density of 1.3,1.4,1.5,1.9, dispersant and retarder.
3. The dissolution time is short, which is convenient for dry mixing construction
The product is a low density powdery fluid loss additive, which can be dry mixed with cement, easy to operate, and has good water solubility. The dissolution time is quite short, and it can be completely dissolved within 15 minutes.
4. Low transportation cost
The existing temperature and salt resistant fluid loss reducer in domestic oilfields is amps series product with 25-30% solid content. Its transportation cost is high and the transportation conditions are very strict. This product is a solid dry powder with 100% purity, which is very convenient for transportation.
