Primary Emulsifier ZOD-053A, natural active substances modified product, the highest applicable temperature 150 ℃(BHCT)

The main features of the treatment agents
☆apply to white oil, diesel oil, oil-based drilling fluids formulation of synthetic based oil liquid;
☆apply to oil to water ratio from the whole to the oil to water ratio 65/35. Under the condition of low water ratio it can meet the requirements of the breaking voltage;
☆ The two kinds of primary emulsifiers have mention cutting active, without extracting agent they can keep suspension effect of drilling fluid to drill cuttings, effectively reduce the cost of system;
☆Second emulsifier, wetting agents having a role of improve viscosity, easy to adjust and control the rheological f property of drilling fluid;
☆High-density system rheological properties can still meet the requirements of pseudoplastic drilling fluid model with good rheology.
☆All the treatment agents are self-produced, and we master the core technology of the treatment agents, can effectively control quality.

2. Introduction about Application
During the past four years, ZORANOC oil-based drilling fluid are successfully applying to Indonesia SES company, JOB company, MEDICAL company, the United Arab Unitary State Oil Company, Sinopec Shengli Oilfield.
During the past four years, Zoranoc are providing treatment agents and technical services of drilling fluid for overseas biddings, and has won first place in technical standards for many times.
During the past four years, ZORANOC has passed the tests of SES company of Indonesia under the condition of 400000ppm calcium chloride,JOB Company under the condition of 121-205℃, density 1.265-2.1, MEDICAL Company under the condition of 138-210 ℃, density 1.21-1.92 and other conditions of high salt, high temperature and high density.
