Summary
ZOD-MOWET organic surfactant is a concentrated and powerful oil-wetting agent for oil-base muds. It oil-wets weight materials and drill solids to reduce the adverse effects of water contamination, thus improving the stability of the emulsions and mud system. In addition, ZOD-MOWET agent improves thermal stability, rheological stability, filtration control and emulsion stability while it improves the fluid’s resistance to contamination.
Usage range
Temperature: 90~180℃ (BHCT).
Recommend dosage：1.0~1.8% (BWOC).
