Summary

ZOD-UHIB is a kind of liquid polyamines, specifically designed as a shale inhibitor providing excellent shale inhibition and limiting cuttings dispersion. ZOD-UHIB acts as a clay hydration suppressant by reducing the space between clay platelets so that water molecules will not penetrate and cause shale swelling. In addition to its outstanding shale inhibition, ZOD-UHIB also minimizes the accretion potential and consequently BHA balling.

Temperature:≤150℃ (BHCT)

Recommended dosage: 0.5~3.0% (BWOC)

Storage

It should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated areas and avoid being exposed to the sun and rain.

Shelf life: 24 months.
