Summary

ZOD-MOFILTER is a kind of modified asphalt designed to use for high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) filtration control in oil-base mud systems. ZOD-MOFILTER effectively reduces both API and HTHP fluid loss in all oil-base muds over a wide temperature range. It helps improve the overall emulsion stability, thermal stability and suspension characteristics of most oil-base formulations.

Usage range

Temperature: ≤230℃ (BHCT).

Recommended dosage: 2.0~6.0% (BWOC).

Packing

Packaged in 25 Kg multi-ply paper sack with waterproof plastic film inside or based on customers' request.

Storage

It should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated areas and avoid being exposed to the sun and rain.

Shelf life: 24 months.
