Summary
ZOD-PLUS additive is a high-molecular-weight, anionic acrylic polymer designed to provide cuttings encapsulation and shale stabilization. The additive can adsorb onto the clay surfaces and form a protective film that prevents cutting from sticking to each other or the shaker screen. ZOD-PLUS polymer also provides minimal viscosity contribution and can enhance filtration properties. The product is effective in freshwater, seawater and KCl-based fluids.
Usage range
Temperature: ≤180℃ (BHCT).
Recommend dosage：0.3~1.0% (BWOW).
