Summary

ZOD-GreenLube is a kind of biodegradable and environment friendly water-based lubricant. It is designed to decrease the coefficient of friction in all water-base drilling fluids, which lowers torque and drag in the wellbore. When ZOD-GreenLube additive is dispersible in the mud, it forms a hydrophobic membrane on the surface of metal, rock and clay, thus transforming the solid-solid friction between drilling tools and well wall into membrane-membrane one. ZOD-GreenLube contains no hydrocarbons with minimal impact on the rheological properties. It can be used in freshwater-, brine- and seawater-base drilling liquid with good compatibility with other additives.

Usage range

Temperature: ≤180℃ (BHCT).

Recommend dosage：1.0~3.0% (BWOW).

Storage

It should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated areas and avoid being exposed to the sun and rain.

Shelf life: 24 months.
