Summary

ZOD-FLOTROL is a kind of crosslinking starch. Crosslinking starch reduced its light transmittance, enhanced acid alkali-resistance, resistant to mechanical processing, the shear resistance and performance of gel. The main function of this product in the drilling fluid is to adjust the rheological properties of drilling fluid system, improve ratio of dynamic shear force in drilling fluid system, can keep high viscosity when bit is in a relatively static to prevent the wall collapsed. It can improve the carrying capacity of drilling fluids, maintain the cleanness of borehole in the rapid drilling phase. It has good filtration performance and good resistance of calcium and salt. Its performance is superior when working in the sea and salt bed. ZOD-FLO TROL is applicable in freshwater drilling liquid, saltwater drilling liquid and seawater drilling liquid. It has good compatibility with other additives.

Usage range

Temperature: ≤150℃ (BHCT).

Recommend dosage：1.0~3.0 % (BWOC).

Packaged in 25 Kg multiply paper sack with waterproof plastic film inside or based on customers’ request.

Storage

It should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated areas and avoid being exposed to the sun and rain.

Shelf life: 24 months.
