Summary
ZOD-RT 101 lubricant is formulated to impart extreme pressure lubricity and reduce the coefficient of friction between the drill string and wall cake by forming a persistent lubricating film on the metal surfaces when subjected to high pressure conditions. With minimal contribution to the rheological properties of mud systems, ZOD-RT 101 has wide application in all water-base fluids and can be used in KCl and NaCl brine fluids as an effective lubricant for the reduction of torque and drag.
Usage range
Recommend dosage：0.5~2.0% (BWOC).
