Summary
ZOD-UCAP is a low-molecular-weight acrylic acid copolymer designed to provide excellent cuttings encapsulation and clay dispersion inhibition. When ZOD-UCAP agent is dispersible in water, it adsorbs onto the clay surfaces and forming a protective film that prevents cutting from sticking to each other or to the shaker screens. In addition, it provides minimal viscosity contribution, and can enhance filtration properties.
Usage range
Temperature: ≤150℃ (BHCT).
Recommend dosage：0.5~1.0 % (BWOC).
