Summary
ZOC-DA34S is a kind of inorganic nano particles with a size range of 1~100nm. The product has small particle size, many micropores, large specific surface area, high surface hydroxyl content and good compatibility with organic and inorganic materials. It can shorten the thickening time and increase the early strength of cement stone in the cement slurry system, and the material can significantly reduce the transition time of the slurry and prevent gas channeling. Because of the filling effect of ultrafine nanoparticles, the product can improve the compactness of cement paste and enhance the strength of cement paste.
Usage range
Temperature: 0℃~180℃(BHCT).
Recommended dosage: 0.5~3%(BWOC).
