Summary

ZOD-CA101 is a kind of organic cation absorbed film corrosion inhibitor, which according to the theory of corrosion inhibitor synergy. It has good compatibility with additives such as clay stabilizer to be completion fluid with low turbidity, low damage to formation, low freezing point. It can effectively prevent the corrosion, which caused by dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide which caused by dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide. In a wide pH range (3-12), it has good corrosion-inhibition effect.

Usage range

Applicable temperature: ≤150℃ (BHCT).

Recommend dosage：1.0~3.0% (BWOC).

Storage

It should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated areas and avoid being exposed to the sun and rain.

Shelf life: 12 months.
