In the complex reservoir damage, water damage is the main reason to cause formation damage. In the process of completion and operation, water-based well control fluid, flushing fluid injected into the formation will cause water damage, especially for the low reservoir pressure (formation pressure coefficient <1), the well content low water, it might be easy to cause water damage. In the field, due to frequent well control fluid, flushing fluid losing or a large number of operating fluid into the formation, it will decrease oil production, even no oil produce. ZOD-032 water damage agent is a new oil field chemicals, it can effectively prevent the well fluid flowing into formation causing the water locking.

APPLICATION METHOD

The water damage agent is mainly used for: formation of low pressure due to fluid leakage caused by the operation of wells, the well fluid into the back row of wells is not easy, as a result of damage caused by fluid into the well after the decline of the job well.

When the construction operations, the kill fluid, flushing fluid or liquid such as sand-carrying liquid into the well by adding water damage agent, the concentration of 6% of general application, the water damage agent added into the well mixed solution evenly. 

NOTICE

(1) The ZOD-032 damage agent used in well fluid, it can’t add other chemicals, such as cleaning agents, clay anti-swelling agent, as well as exclusive agent to help, because these chemicals will disable waterproof damage.

(2) ZOD-032 water damage cleaning agent itself has a good role and the role of a good row to help, so it doesn’t need to re-use thecleaning agents and exclusive agents.

(3) If the job requires the use of clay into the well fluid anti-swelling agent, we have water suitable for ZOD-032 anti-injury agents dedicated clay swelling agent.
