PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ZOD-010A is designed for oil and gas well acidizing fluid, as a corrosion inhibitor on the protective equipment and pipelines. By nature of its adsorption on solid surfaces, the corrosion inhibitor is a surface-active agent with a unique purpose—to protect pipe rather than to change acid behavior in the formation. Corrosion inhibitors do not stop corrosion; they greatly reduce the reaction rate of acid with steel. Especially for hydrochloric acid, soil acid, emulsified acid, acid micelles, and other types of acid, temperature 130 ℃,with other additives through the complex, up to 180 ℃.
APPLICATION METHOD
It is directly added to water, and then mixed with concentrated acid. Also it can be directly mixed to dilute or concentrated acid, using a concentration of 1.0 ~ 3.0% (V).
Note: During using you should wear goggles and rubber gloves to avoid the face, hands and other parts of the skin in direct contact, if splashed on skin, wash with water in time, and wash with soap.
PACKAGE
(1) 200kg metal pail, and user requirements can be separately packaged.
(2) transport should be light up, store in a cool ventilated place, away from fire.
(3) the effective storage period of one year.
