PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Drilling mud solid lubricant is made from the compound activation of quality graphite powder with several surfactants. Smooth coefficient decline rate was improved greatly and the introduction of surfactants can keep well wall stable and protect oil gas formation. Also, on-site application is convenient with no dust or foam and quite safe. It can be applied to all kinds of wells and various water-based drilling fluid systems. This product has been popularized in Sinopec North China Co., Tuha Oilfield and Dagang Oilfield and received good feedback.
APPLICATION METHOD
Directly add into drilling mud; 1% to 3% is recommended.
PACKAGE
(1) Packed in 25kg bags, or according to customer’s requirement.
(2) Avoid extreme pressure or prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
