Note: 1. The above testing condition: Jiahua cement-Class G, water-cement ratio 0.44, RF-H amount of 0.05% to 5.0%, thickening time should be extended if more retarder were dosed.
2, The initial viscosity refers to the maximum index during the period of the first 15mins to 30mins of the thickening test while the cement slurry is stirred.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Retarder ZOC-001 is one of the major additives of oil well cement. Its’ main function is to delay the solidification time of the cement to a predetermined position, thus ensure there is enough thickening time to secure safe construction and maintain liquidity and stability of the cementslurry. By means of absorption on the surface of the cement hydrates, the Oil well cement Retarder ZOC-001 can suppress the contact with water, thereby reducing the speed of cement hydration to a retarding effect.
APPLICATION
RetarderZOC-001is adaptable to a variety of cement, and has good compatibility with other oil well cement additives;
With good stability and a wide temperature range (60 ℃-150 ℃), it can be used in deep well cementing. Dosage
ranges from 0.05 to 5.0%. It does not affectthe compressive strength of cement stone under HTHP.
Packed with plastic drums, net weight 25kg/drum.
