PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The main component of the wellbore corrosion inhibitor is polyether amino acid, mainly by the action of solubilizing play scale inhibition role. For reason that its central group is much larger than normal amino acid, it has stronger scale inhibition effect. The compound formed with scale is extremely soft, easily to be carried away by the oil flow, without remaining on the wall. It is also a cathodic corrosion inhibitor, possessing both corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition role, being widely used in pipelines and wellbore oil fields, and also other industrial water treatment.
APPLICATION METHOD
(1) It may be diluted at 3 to 10 times with this product, with the dosing pump adding to an aqueous oil wellbore or pipeline.
(2) For industrial water treatment it should be diluted 3 to 10 times before adding into water treatment system.
(3) This product is an acidic solution; the manoeuvre should be protected by appropriate clothing, shoes and so on.
PACKAGE AND STORAGE
Packed with 200L plastic drum, in clean, sealed and non-leakage manner, stored in cool shady places, with shelf life of one year. In transportation handle with care and prevent leakage.
