PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

HTHP Lubricant for Drilling Fluid is modified from its main materials of plant fatty acid esters and auxiliary materials of surfactants and mud structure modifiers. It is mainly used to improve the lubricity of drilling fluid and decrease the friction factor of mud cake in various water-based drilling fluids. In either shallow well or deep well, it can reduce the friction resistance between drilling tool, drilling bit and formation, decrease the probability of pipe sticking and enhance the security of drilling operation. It is obviously effective in drilling operation, electrical logging and casing in for directional well, horizontal well and other kinds of wells.

APPLICATION METHOD

Add the product by 1 to 2% into drilling fluid. Mix the fluid slowly through a jet mixer or sift the lubricant slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.

PACKAGE

(1) 200kg drums or according to customer’s requirement.

(2) Avoid extreme pressure or prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
