PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The product is with polyoxyethylene sulfonate as master agent, and its water solution can form a stable emulsion with heavy oil and residual oil. After emulsification, the viscosity of heavy oil will be greatly reduced. 

APPLICATION METHOD

(1) It can form stable emulsions with a variety of heavy oils, but the emulsion effect may be poor for thickened oils with high content of wax.

(2) Make water solution with concentration of 1-3%, and add to the wellhead or pipeline, stirred to become emulsions. If crude oil has water already, the concentration of made solution can be higher (≤15%) and dose.

(3) The agent has strong salt resistance, so we can use reinjection water or water with high degree of mineralization to make working fluid.

NOTICE

(1) If the water is high in calcium and magnesium ions, the active agent will form polyoxyethylene sulfonate calcium, as flocculent in water, but viscosity reduction effect is basically unaffected, flocculent into the oil phase, without forming scale.

(2) For gas injection thermal recovery wells, you can inject agent before gas, so to increase production capacity and to extend the period of gas injection.

PACKAGE

(1) 200kg net weight plastic drum.

(2) Away from strong sunlight and handle with care.

(3) Stored in cool and well ventilated, shelf life is one year.
