PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Retarder ZOE-001 is one of the major additives of oil well cement. Its’ main function is to delay the solidification time of the cement to a predetermined position, thus ensure there is enough thickening time to secure safe construction and maintain liquidity and stability of the cement slurry. By means of absorption on the surface of the cement hydrates, the Oil well cement Retarder ZOE-001 can suppress the contact with water, thereby reducing the speed of cement hydration to a retarding effect.
APPLICATION
RetarderZOE-001 is adaptable to a variety of cement, and has good compatibility with other oil well cement additives; With good stability and a wide temperature range (60 ℃-150 ℃), it can be used in deep well cementing. Dosage ranges from 0.05 to 5.0%. It does not affect the compressive strength of cement stone under HTHP.
