PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is a kind of zwitterionic surfactant used as primary emulsifier in oil based mud. It not only possesses good surface activity but also decreases the surface tension of water hence has good emulsification property. It exhibits strong surface activity as well as emulsifying, thickening and extracting ability at a low concentration. It can be used in oil-mixed drilling fluid, oil-base drilling fluid and W/O invert emulsion drilling fluid.

FEATURES

(1) Improve breaking voltage;

(2) Compatible with other oil-based mud additives with MIN foaming;

(3) Can be added directly to the system.

APPLICATION METHOD

Add the product by 1% to 3% to any system.

PACKAGE

(1) 200kg plastic drums or according to customer’s requirement.

(2) Avoid extreme pressure or prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
