PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a modified natural plant high molecule compound material with a good water-swelling function, bridging and blocking performance. It is of strong adhesivity and not restrained by particle diameter ‘match’. It can be applied to various mud systems, blocking lost formations and protecting low-production formations (oil, gas, water, etc.).
FEATURES
(1) Fast and effective for lost circulation in small openings and cracking;
(2) Immediately form an impermeable shielding strip, which can be disabled by back row perforation, to prevent fluid and solid phase in working solution from getting into formation;
(3) Remarkably decrease fluid loss without affecting mud rheology;
(4) Temperature and electrolyte resistant, nontoxic.
APPLICATION METHOD
(1) Prevent permeation: 1~2%;
(2) Block formation openings and cracking: 2~4%;
(3) Block severe lost circulation: 4~6%.
PACKAGE
(1)Packed in 25kg bags, or according to customer’s requirement.
(2)Avoid extreme pressure or prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
