PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Metal passivation agent for Catalytic Cracking Unit can effectively prevent the heavy metal from precipitating on the catalyst, which will poison or inactivate the catalyst and cause the catalyst to become selective spoiled, which will reduce light oil yield.

FEATURES

(1) The performance is stable, low toxicity, no smell and it is water soluble.
(2) High content of effective component, low consumption.
(3) It has good atomization and dispersibility property.
(4) It contains rare-earth element, and can act as normal metal passivation agent, can also raise activity of balanced catalyst.

APPLICATION METHOD

(1) The injecting amount should be even, the passivation agent shall be added continuously.
(2) Catalyst must be kept at certain activating level, which is no less than 50m%
(3) Recommended usage:
Normal passivation agent application volume [Kg/h]=4F×Cm×10^-3
In the equation,
F stands for feeding speed in catalytic cracking unit (t/h)
Cm stands for the content (ppm)of Nickel and vanadium in the catalytic cracking unit

In practice production, if metal passivation agent has never been used before, it can be added to the system in faster speed, i.e. 2-3 times of normal speed, in the mean time, adjust the amount of passivation agent according to the passivation result. After a certain period of fast mode adding, if the gas production ratio and hydrogen content in dry gas and in fat gas remain unchanged, the passivation agent fast adding mode shall be stopped promptly, and then according to normal value.
(4) During the application process it should be continuously added to achieve the best results.
(5) About one week before the end of the working process it should stop adding passivating agent, in order to avoid forming passivating agent residue and wasting of passivating agent.

(1) Packed in plastic barrel, net weight is 200kg.
(2) It shall be stored in cool dry places, keep away from fire, handle with care.
