PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is mainly used in oil refinery for mercapfining of stable gasoline produced by catalytic cracking unit; it is suitable for the new alkali-free deodorization process. After added to the system, it can increase the deodorization rate of catalytic gasoline, and make the gasoline meet quality requirements to 90# gasoline. The product has the advantages of high concentration, stable quality, low consumption and high applicability; it can extend the life of active carbon in the reaction bed (including catalyst). The agent is free of toxicities, no smell and no corrosion, the mercapfining effect is no less than identical product, but the product has lower cost.
APPLICATION METHOD
(For reference only, customer shall determine the best value according to the actual situation in the plant)
Range of mercaptan in gasoline: 30-200ppm
Adding amount: 10-30ppm (according to the effective concentration of feed stock)
Normal temperature
Reactor space velocity: 1.5-4/h
PACKAGE AND NOTICE
(1) Packed in galvanized barrel, net weight is 150kg.
(2) Stored in cool dry places.
