PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hydrocracking anti-scale agent is used for preventing scaling at the heat exchanger, reactor, and pipeline of hydrocracking unit in the oil refinery.
FEATURES
(1) The anti-scale agent has no components(such as metal and so on)which have bad influence on the hydrogenation catalyst , on the activity of the hydrogenation catalyst, or on the distributing and characters of the product.
(2) In order not to lower the bed porosity or heighten the bed pressure drop, the ash content of the anti-scale agent is low.
(3) The injecting amount is less, but the scale inhibition rate is up to more than 92%.
APPLICATION METHOD
The anti-scale agent should be added from the feed charge door of the feed stock, and the injecting amount should be set according to the condition. It should be added at the initial stages of the devices starting, the amount should be 80-100ppm in the first month, and then should be 50 ~70ppm normally.
NOTICE
(1) This product should be stored in drying, shady and cool storehouses, prevent the interfusion of water and mechanical admixture.
(2) During the process of the application, the customer should choose the best service conditions according to the actual case of the factory.
