PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Anti-coking and anti-scale agent is used in delayed coking unit; it can delay the coking process of the heat radiation furnace tube and prolong the time operation cycle for the heat furnace.

FEATURES

(1) It has anti-oxidization property.
(2) It has metal passivation property, can react with metal ion in the oil residue to form stable coordination compound.
(3) It has cleaning and dispersion property, once a little amount of scale or corrosion material is formed, it can stop them from accumulating, and prevent the grain from getting bigger to cause precipitation.
(4) It contains rust inhibition agent and film forming agent, which can prevent the metal from been corroded because of oxygen and water.

APPLICATION METHOD

Due to the high viscosity of the agent, before been used, it shall be diluted with diesel at 1:1. The product shall be added at 80ppm according to the output amount of radiation pump, and added before water injection pump.

PACKAGE AND NOTICE

(1) The product is packed in galvanized barrel, the net weight is 180kg for each barrel.
(2) The product shall be stored in well vented, dry warehouse, and kept away from water and other foreign mechanical material 
(3) During the application, the user shall choose the best operation condition according to the actual situation in the plant.
