PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The agent consists of various kinds of surfactants, having well washing and dispersion effect. It suits for hot washing paraffin and paraffin inhibition in high waxy oil wells and pipelines.
APPLICATION METHOD
(1) General preparation of 0.2-0.5% of active hot washing water, tankers is available, dosing first, then injected into more than 60℃hot water shock and stir evenly. When hot washing, cannot stop pumping, with anti-cyclic injection of lotion from the annulus.
(2) The volume of hot wash water is typically 3 to 5 times the volume of the wellbore. After wash well finished, annulus wax lotion still has effect, do not take out.
(3) When wax serous caused pumping wells, should through mechanical scraping wax, after opening the draw, and then this agent to wash well.
(4) As paraffin inhibitor added, the concentration of oil dispensing can be designed according to the water content of the well.
① If the well water content ≥40%, need not diluted with water, can be directly added to the original drug periodically.
② If the moisture content between 5-40% oil, 1-3% can be diluted periodically added.
③ If the oil well an aqueous ≤5%, diluted water is 5% of the oil, periodically added.
④ Adding liquid from the annulus, the adding period is usually 7-10 days and adding amount is 5-10kg, or design based on the oil well production and was content.
PACKAGE
(1) 200kg iron or plastic drum.
(2) Store in the dry place, anti-exposure, valid for one year.
(3) Transport should gently, to avoid collision.
