PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The product is based on a variety of carboxylic acid ester copolymer as master agent, with alkyl aromatics as supplemented agent. Copolymer contains polar and non-polar chain links section. Its non-polar links may crystallize together with wax, and then the polar links cause distortions to crystal form of wax crystal, which is not conducive to the formation of wax crystals to grow into body structure; so it has excellent anti-wax and pour point depressing effect. It adapts to a wide range of wax oils with different molecular weight distribution.
APPLICATION METHOD
(1) Can be used for wells and pipes.
(2) When using, it can be diluted by diesel, kerosene, aromatic hydrocarbons and crude, then be heated to above 70 ℃, and then be well stirred.
(3) After dilution, it can be dosed continuously in the wells or gathering station through proportioning pump, and also can be periodically dosed.
(4) Dosing concentration is 30 ~ 1000mg / L. Test drug concentration should be selected in descending turns.
PACKAGE
(1) 200L iron drum, net weight 170kgs.
(2) Away from fire, strong sunlight and handle with care.
(3) Stored in cool and well ventilated, shelf life is one year.
