PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Oil sludge anti-scale agent is a very effective agent to keep the oil sludge system from forming scale in refinery. It is suitable for coking and incrustation in oil sludge pipeline, heat exchanger , and it can get rid of scale already formed ,improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger to allow the stable operation of the system. It can also prolong the operation cycle.

FEATURES

(1) The product has good dispersibility, can effectively avoid the accumulation of catalytic agent powder, corrosion product and salt, etc. suspending in the oil sludge, to control the increase and deposition of the grain in the sludge.
(2) It has anti-oxidizing property, can form inertia molecule with the oxidized free hydroxyl group and can stop polymerization caused by oxygen.
(3) It has metal passivation property, can form stable coordination compound with metal ion, and then stop or reduce the dehydrogenation and oxidization reaction of catalyst.
(4) It has the feature of corrosion resistance and surface modification.

APPLICATION METHOD

(1) The product shall be added at the sludge extraction opening.
(2) The quantity shall be 200-400ppm in the first application, after one week, it shall be changed to 50-100ppm.
(3) Should be added continuously in order to get the best effect while application.

PACKAGE AND NOTICE

(1) Product is packed in galvanized barrels, with the net weight of 170kg/barrel.
(2) Stored in cool dry places, kept away from fire, handled with care.
