Summary

Solid weighting agent Ⅰ is a kind of mineral powder treated by iron ore through processes of beneficiation, crush, separation, trituration. Its main contents include hematite, ilmenite and ferrous manganese ore, sizes are around 1200 mesh. In oil industry, it’s used cooperatively with iron ore powders of 250 mesh, through grain composition effect, to modify cement density and increase the suspension stability of high temperature and high density slurry system.

Usage range

Temperature:30~200℃ (BHCT).

Recommended dosage: 0~100% (BWOC).

Compatibility test with cement should be taken before use.

It should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated areas and avoid being exposed to the sun and rain.

Shelf life:24 months.
