PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Distributing in drilling fluid, our plastic drilling ball beads sticks to the wall when mud cake formed creating hundreds of "miniature bearing", changing the way the wall and drilling tools contact, by "surface contact" into "contacts" and becomes the lubrication, friction reduction, non-stuck.
APPLICATION
Drilling plastic ball beads is a kind of solid plastic ball lubricant in the oil & gas well exploration and drilling for fluid. By pure mechanical and physical function, it can reduce the friction between drilling tools, drive pipe and well wall, preventing stuck and resistance and reduce the down hole accidents happened. Especially in the gradient well and horizontal well drilling and rake, our drilling plastic ball beads show its more advantage. Our plastic drilling ball beads can be used as lubricants in different wells drilling
