PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Water-based polymer fracturing fluid bilayer microcapsules applied to broken plastic gas field development project in the fracturing fluid gel breaking technology, the present invention is currently used directly peroxide as compared breaker, characterized by: 1, peroxide (heart sac) excellent waterproof outer layer adds a resin (release layer), and depending on the temperature of the molten waterproof material (positioned release layer) composed of two or more layers microcapsules.
APPLICATION METHOD
Under the formation temperature 50~120℃ the breaker can be used. The maximum pressure for water-based fracturing fluid is 60MPa. Depending on different depth formation and construction emissions, we could determine the amount of breaker. Breaker concentration is from 0.01to 0.06%.
