PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The product is used for reducing chemical corrosion and high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion caused by petroleum acid in processing high acid value oil during the temperature of 200-400℃ at ATM, catalytic unit and coking unit. The corrosion often occurs in coking furnace tubes, bottom of catalytic fractionator, heat exchanger and pipeline at the bottom of tower, feedzone of vaccum distillation tower.
FEATURES
(1) It has two functions: film-forming and neutralization
(2) It can stand high temperature 200-400ºC
(3) Adding conveniently, no adverse effect on regular operation or production
APPLICATION METHOD
(1) Add 40-50 ppm of the product during the period of film-forming (5-10days), add 10-20 ppm of the product for regular use.
(2) Add the product continuously into different corroded areas separately through metering pump.
NOTICE
The total adding amount in the initial film forming filling stage (5 to 10 days) is 40PPM- 50 PPM (according to the quantity of raw material), normally, the total agent quantity is from 10PPM to 20 PPM (according to the quantity of raw material).Comparing to the blank value, the iron ion concentration in the side-line oil has been dropped is not less than 40%.
PACKAGE
Product is packed in dedicated galvanized iron barrel with a net weight of 180 kg/barrel.
