PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is a reverse emulsion polymer made from acrylamide, alkyl acrylamide, acrylic acid, sulfonic acid and their derivatives. It is pale emulsus liquid with a light oily smell, used as a strong coating inhibitor for water-based drilling mud. It can enwrap drilling cuttings effectively, inhibit clay from dispersing, control fluid loss of drilling mud, increase mud viscosity, improve drilling mud lubricity and control the growth of low-density solid content.

FEATURES

It is a multicomponent copolymer with average molecule weight higher than six million. The structure of long-chain molecules and various hydration and adsorption groups can strongly adsorb onto the surface of clays and cuttings, enwrap cuttings, block small cracks on cuttings, prevent water from getting into cuttings, retard the swelling property and spallation speed of cuttings, hence effectively control the growth of low-density solid content. Also, it can stabilize well wall and relieve the sticking when pulling out.

PACKAGE

(1). Packed in 25kg or 200kg plastic drums, or according to customer’s requirement.

(2). Avoid extreme pressure or prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed.

(3). Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
