PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ZOC-SP is an effective solid promoter of propylene and butylene yield applied to fluid catalytic cracking unit of refinery. It contains shape-selective zeolite ZSM-5 of high activity and stability. With unique modification technique to shape-selective zeolite and special preparation method, this product avoids the dilution effect to main catalyst caused by too much addition of shape-selective zeolites as well as improves the yield of light olefins, especially propylene. Its performance is currently in the leading level among the same additives home and abroad.
FEATURES
1. Improve the yield of liquefied gas, propylene concentration in liquefied gas and propylene yield
2. Increase octane number of FCC gasoline;
3. No effect on liquid yield.
APPLICATION METHOD
When the amount reached 5% of system reserve, yield of liquefied gas would increase by 4%, propylene concentration in liquefied gas increase by 3%, octane number of gasoline also increase and no adverse effect on product distribution and quality.
