PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Emulsified paraffin is refined from the surface active agents and paraffin after special technology. The product not only has good properties of lubricity and inhibition, but also is non-toxic and low fluorescent. It can protect oil and gas reservoirs.Emulsified paraffin can be directly added into all kinds of water-based drilling & completion fluids.

APPLICATION

(1) With a good lubricant property, it can effectively reduce adhesion coefficient. Emulsified paraffin is especially suitable for horizontal wells, directional wells and highly-deviated wells, etc. It has low dosage.

(2) Emulsified paraffin has a good inhibitory property, which can effectively inhibit the hydration or dispersion of drilling cuttings and control mud to be yielded.

(3) With high temperature resistance, it can be applied to the deep and super deep wells.

USAGE

Add Emulsified paraffin in concentrations of 20.0 to 30.0 liters per 1000 liters to drilling fluids. Mix directly into drilling chemicals.

SORAGET

(1) Avoid high-intensity extreme pressure and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.

(2) Keep container closed.

(3) Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
