PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
After multiviscosity and crosslink with polymers, the friction brought by water-based fracturing fluid is to be reduced, the fluid viscosity will be high enough to carry the propant and the fracturing fluid is going to degrade with the help of gel breakers when the crack closes. However, the damage to formation still exists, and the lower the flowback rate is, the severer the damage is. To solve this problem, we developed clean fracturing fluid. It is a low molecule surfactant system, where surfactant was added into cationic solutions to form micelles and viscoelastic liquid. It leaves almost no residues due to the absence of polymers and the influence on propant permeability is minimal —propant permeability is restored by more than 90%. Besides, its unique rheology avoids the formation of filter cake and results in low fluid loss. In addition, liquid preparation is convenient. It can be prepared continuously or in a batch, which demands fewer mixing pumps.
FEATURES
(1) Propant Permeability Restored: ≥90%;
(2) Temperature Range: 40 ~ 140℃;
(3) Gel-to-water Breaking Time: ≤3h;
(4) Sand-carrying Capability: ≥25%.
APPLICATION METHOD
When you prepare the liquid on site, add the product slowly and circulate the liquid with a pump at the same time. First, add 2 to 4% NH4Cl or KCl into the water; then add 2 to 6% this product according to formation temperature. If the liquid needs to resist a higher temperature, some other salts can be added into the liquid by 1 to 3%.
PACKAGE
Packed in a 200L metal bucket or plastic bucket. Stored in a cool and ventilated place. Avoid collision or smashing for fear of leakage.
