PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The agent is composed of 8-12 carbon alkyl alcohol polyether carboxylic acids, 8-10 carbon alkyl phenol polyether carboxylic acids, unsaturated carboxylic acid higher alcohol ester polymers, ethylene vinyl acetate polymers, amine and amino compound. It has dispersion effect for colloid and asphaltene in high viscous oil, preventing colloid and asphaltene molecules from gathering into piles. This product could decrease the viscosity of heavy oil and long-term application can extend the wall cleaning cycle. It also can scavenge the colloid and asphaltene bonded onto the tube wall.
APPLICATION METHOD
(1) used in the anhydrous or aqueous lower heavy oil wells, pipelines. Adding it to decrease viscosity and prevent the resin and asphaltene precipitated. Adding the original agent by proportioning pump, or add after plus aromatic solvent in the original agent and diluted 3-5 times. Reference concentration 0.1%.
(2) The agent could also be added when blending the light oil , decrease the amount of light oil. The adding amount is 1-2% of the light crude oil.
(3) When the resin and asphaltene adhere much in the oil well wall and need to be cleaned. This agent can be diluted by diesel oil, heavy aromatics and light oil which the viscosity is lower than 50mPa.s to about 10-times, then heated to 120~150℃ and injected into the wells. The wells will be clean up in continuously pumping state. If occurred blocking, shut bored wells 6-10 hours, repeat the cleaning operations.
(4) This agent has several medels to adapt to different heavy oil. Adding frequently can extended regular cleaning cycle.
