PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a concentrated silicone emulsion defoamer with superior foam knockdown and suppression capability. It may also be diluted with water and emulsifiers to produce highly effective and less concentrated anti-foam agents.
FEATURES
(1) No adverse effect on rheological and filtration control properties of drilling fluids;
(2) No chemical reaction with foaming substances;
(3) Resistant to heat and compatible with other chemical agents;
(4) Environment-friendly.
APPLICATION METHOD
Add the product in a concentration of 0.02 to 0.05% into any system. Mix the fluid slowly through a jet mixer or sift the defoamer slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.
PACKAGE
(1) 200kg drums or according to customer’s requirement.
(2) Avoid extreme pressure or prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
